McNickle & Sons is an established family based business which specialises in the design and production of an exclusive range of wooden furniture.

In 2007 McNickle & Sons moved to the Trooperslane Industrial Estate. This move has enabled McNickle & Sons to produce a wider range of specialist products due to a flowing production line. This move has also resulted in partnership with Romor Joinery. Romor Joinery specialize in the design and manufacturing of bespoke staircases, windows, doors and frames. The partnership between the two companies has many benefits as it has widened the range of skills, experience and technology within the business.

Our products are all designed and manufactured on our own premises. Following the finished process of staining or painting and polishing, our workforce will install the furniture on site with a minimum of fuss, but a maximum of care and attention to detail.

There is no "production line" approach to any order. Each member of staff, rightly described as a craftsman, is allocated a specific job which he will work on from drawing board to fitting. Every item is hand finished to the very highest level of quality in search of which we regularly use oak and ash from America and mahogany from Africa.

Many of our products are located in Parliament Buildings, Universities, and Cathedrals as well as many places of worship across the country. The expertise we have developed has won contracts in the commercial world as well as Council Chambers, Courthouses and various Government offices. Our quality and service have encouraged a steady increase in the number of customers who have returned to us time and time again.
